Technical Support

AirMagnet bundles 1 year of technical support, software maintenance/upgrade, and hardware support and maintenance (if applicable) with all products. Support must be renewed annually to continue to receive these benefits.

 
Software Upgrades and Maintenance

AirMagnet strives to constantly improve its products and systems. Supported customers can access current versions of all licensed software products, including updates when available and technical documents on the secured customer portion of the AirMagnet website.

Access to MyAirMagnet requires registration and valid customer information.

 

In order to assign resources appropriately with AirMagnet Customer Support, each open ticket is assigned a severity rating. Higher priority tickets are addressed first, so that customers with urgent problems are assisted first.

The AirMagnet End User License Agreement (EULA) allows the end-user to operate a full version of the AirMagnet Software on a single computer at a time, for use only with the MAC address of the wireless adapter or Ethernet adapter, as registered with AirMagnet. Specific situations, such as loss or damage to the registered wireless adapter, may warrant a request, by the end-user, to change the registered, licensed MAC address.
